We will accept returns on (Un-Opened) Non-Prescription Products within 30 days of Invoice Date.

Prescription Items:
Products marked with (Rx) are items that may only be dispensed by our Veterinarian, either after examining your pet or after receiving information from your Veterinarian indicating that the product would be appropriate for your pet.  All you need to do is provide us with a prescription from your veterinarian for the Meds that you need.  Once you have placed your order, please Fax, mail, or e-mail your prescription (provided by your Veterinarian) for your pet. Please reference your order number when corresponding. As soon as your prescription is received, we will ship your Prescription medication. Prescriptions are not required for those items available (OTC) Over The Counter. If you should require us to contact your Veterinarian for a prescription on your behalf, please provide your Veterinarian's Name, Telephone Number, and your Pet's Name when placing your order -- under comments. Due to State and Federal law, we cannot accept returns of prescription medications. Please make your selections carefully.
